As a Naturopath I talk about this a lot with my clients, those prone to anxiety in particular. Being part of a community (online or in actual 3D world) helps to foster a sense of belonging. Sense of belonging helps you to feel supported. Feeling supported helps you to feel safe. Feeling safe is what we all crave deep down…

And it’s fun!
